I did this on Fedora 11. I switched to Ubuntu on my laptop when they fixed the Intel driver issue that existed in 9.04 because Ubuntu tends to have better hardware support for that platform. Still running Fedora on my desktop, though :P I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on Fedora 12. I did this on Fedora 11.
